Welcome to ZoneFit. This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the ZoneFit development team (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding your use of the ZoneFit application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read this Agreement carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Description
The App is a sports and health assistant tool that primarily provides the following features:
- Heart rate-based exercise training guidance and analysis
- Heart rate zone calculation and real-time monitoring
- Exercise data recording and statistics
- Training status assessment and recovery recommendations
The App does not provide medical diagnostic functions. All health-related data and exercise recommendations are for reference only and cannot replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. User Obligations
You shall comply with the following obligations when using the App:
- You should assess your physical condition before exercising. If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional
- You shall use the App properly and shall not engage in any illegal or improper conduct
- You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App
- You shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App in any way
3. Health Data Authorization
The App requires access to your Apple HealthKit health data to provide core functionality:
- You have the right to choose whether to authorize the App to access your health data
- You can manage authorization status at any time in the iOS Health app or in the App settings
- Unauthorized data items will result in the corresponding features being unavailable
4. Subscription and Payment
Some premium features of the App may require a subscription or one-time purchase to unlock:
- Subscription fees will be charged through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Refunds are not available during the current subscription period. After cancellation, you can continue using paid features until the subscription period ends
5. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights of the App and its content (including but not limited to icons, interface design, code, text, images, etc.) belong to us
- "不白运动" and "ZoneFit" are our brand names protected by applicable laws
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- The App does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of heart rate data or exercise recommendations
- The App does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- The App assumes no liability for any sports injuries or health issues arising from the use of the App
- Heart rate data comes from Apple Watch sensors, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of sensor data
